How long does shipping take, and do you offer tracking?

Yes, every order placed with Cubble Pets includes full tracking for a limited time only. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, which includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Once shipped, our typical delivery window is 7–15 business days, depending on your location, product demand, customs processing, and seasonal carrier delays. You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse—please note that tracking updates may take 1–3 days to begin showing movement, which is normal for international shipments. If your order appears delayed or stuck in transit, our support team is here to help and can contact the carrier or warehouse on your behalf.

How does tracking work?

After you place your order, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your package has been shipped. Simply visit our website and enter your tracking number into the Tracking section to see real-time updates on your order’s journey. Tracking information may take 1 day to start updating, especially during international transit, but once it does, you’ll be able to follow your package every step of the way.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you need to request a return, refund, or report a damaged or incorrect item, simply contact us at info@cubblepets.com. Eligible returns will receive a return label and instructions, but items sent back without approval cannot be accepted. Due to hygiene and international fulfillment standards, some items—including personal preference returns, custom products, sanitary goods, hazardous materials, gift cards, and final-sale items—are not eligible for return. We do not offer exchanges at this time, except when resolving defective or damaged items. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within about 10 business days.
